Tiny Dancer: A Year in Pictures
Mummy: This photo looks just like one of me when I was a baby, ask me, and I’ll show you.
Mummy: The competitive streak is in you, even if it is only winning some bed space.
Mummy: You’re around 4 months old here, I chose this picture because the expression on your face is so grown up.
Mummy: A sneaky little smile lets me know that you were happy to be here.
Mummy: Daddy gets the biggest smiles when you’re playing your silly games.
Mummy: We did lots of activities, I don’t know if you enjoyed them, but we enjoyed doing them with you.
Mummy: You loved when I was taking photos of you, you’re around 6 or 7 months here.

Mummy: This outfit was pretty girly for you, we favoured combats usually. (I’m wondering what you will be wearing if and when you ever read this)
Mummy: Having fun on your belly, this was one of the first times you rolled over, but you didn’t really like being on your front much.
Mummy: I think you looked perfect in this photo
Mummy: We did a lot of colouring together but I used to get quite frustrated that all you wanted to do was eat the crayons rather than colour nice pictures!
Mummy: You’re growing up so fast, but at bedtime you still look like our little baby.
Mummy: Playing in the water, moments after this you tipped the whole tub over yourself!
So Erin, if blogging isn’t too historic (and I remembered to renew my domain name!) you are reading this, I’m not sure how old you are but I hoped you enjoyed reading a little bit about some of our thoughts and feelings during your first year. I don’t think I included anything embarassing and if I did – I’m sorry.
Why Tiny Dancer? In hospital, the night before having you, for some reason it was the only song that was keeping me (and you) calm

How absolutely precious. Hopefully your ‘little dancer’ will look back one day and smile at us old fossils.
I love the photo where it looks like she’s sticking her tongue out (7th down), and the one where she has her little cap on. What a little angel!
Oh, I need to do this, the year in pictures, what a cutie pie she is!!
We also participated in this project, stop on by if you get a chance!
Adorable! This reminds me that it’s time to post some pics of my own kids on my site for the holidays.
Thanks guys. It’s a bit mushy but if you can’t be mushy when it comes to your kids when can you
What an awesome thing for your daughter to look back on. My mom never made a blog pot about me
I do hope she gets to read this
That’s the cutest baby on the internet. But don’t say anything, the other Moms will be jealous.
Thanks also for the link to the Problogger thing, how could I have missed that? I read him religiously!
Our year in pictures……
Little Mummy inspired me to post a year of Lil’ Duck’s photos (ok, a recap, I’m not really going to post 1000+ photos ) with her sweet review of her little girl’s year in the group writing project. Without further ado:

[...] Enter the group writing project at Problogger. The theme is reviews and predictions, which really lends itself to our niche, don’t you think? My effort is a little mushy, so I’m sure you can do much better. Simply write your post on your own blog then send your name, blog title and post url here. Oh yeah…did I mention there are $2500 worth of prizes, including a Nintendo Wii…ok, must stop salivating now (Megin knows how I enjoy my gaming!). Deadline is Thursday, so be speedy. [...]
