Musical Instruments for Toddlers

Erin loves musical instruments and we have a pretty well stocked box. Here’s seven we have, and one that I’m going to add soon.
Maracas

We have a kid-sized wooden pair.
Castanets

Erin hasn’t quite figured these out yet, but I’m sure when she does, we’ll have hours of noisy fun!
Tambourine

Drum

This drum looks sooo much more fun than ours!
Bells
These remind me of the bells we used in the nativity play to symbolize the reindeer.
Rattles
These have a variety of bead type fillings.
Piano

And we’d like to add a recorder next!

I don’t usually do memes, mainly because I rarely get tagged (all say ahhhh), but my friend Megin has tagged me and I thought it would be a good departure from my bumper book review.

Music: Let’s Play!

Musical Instruments

You will need;
All your musical instrument toys or
pots and pans (drums)
wooden spoon (drumstick)
a tub with rice inside (shaker)
2 pot covers steel/metal (cymbals)
glass jars filled with water (xylophone or older children)
2 baby milk tins (make a great set of bongo drums)
1. Sing and play the instruments. (Get the ear plugs out!)
