Erin and I made this crown.

Erin's Crown

We used some card from a box, paint, glitter glue and star stickers.

I cut the shape from the box. Erin helped paint the crown purple. We decorated it with glitter glue in green, gold and red and added the final touch with gold star stickers.

It was a lot of fun, Erin particularly enjoyed the glitter glue part :)

Erin's baaeautiful sheep

This is an easy activity, simply draw a sheep then glue on some cotton wool. Erin enjoyed feeling the wool until like most other things these days, it had to be ‘confiscated’ due to breakage of house rule #342 no cotton wool or other wool substances should be ingested under any circumstances.

You will need:

White Paper

One piece of green, orange or brown thick paper for mounting

Scissors

Brown Wax Crayon

Watery paint in autumn colours (don’t need to take this with you!)

Paintbrush and water

1. Take your paper and crayon out, lay your paper against the bark of a tree and use the side of your crayon to gently rub until the pattern emerges.

2. Back indoors, paint over the wax rubbing with watery paint so that the bark rubbing shows though.

3. Cut the bark rubbing down to size and mount onto another piece of paper - orange, brown and green work well.
