After our lovely day out to Cramond, Inverleith Park and Inverlieth Pond we headed home for a barbecue and a dessert of Scottish S’mores!
Now this is not a sohisticated recipe *cough*
You will need;
Jacobs Crackers
Milk Chocolate
Fluff (american style marshmallow in a jar)
Now follow these instructions VERY closely, you don’t want to get it wrong.
1. Melt the chocolate and take a spoonful and spread it on one cracker.
2. Now take a second cracker and spread a spoonful of fluff and spread on another cracker.
3. Place the two crackers together to make a gooey unctious sandwich.

I had never heard of these til this week when middle son made some at cubs. Yum.
