Fruit in a salad, I’m probably way behind the times but it’s a revelation. Here are two of my favourites;
Feta & Pineapple Salad

Ingredients;
Feta
Fresh pineapple
Fresh mint
Salad leaves
Dressing – lemon, olive oil, sea salt, pepper
Watermelon and Goats Cheese Salad

Today is Day 1 of my 30 day challenge to eat five pieces of fruit or veg for 30 consecutive days.
The challenge is number 36 on my 100 Things list so I’m totally committed to sticking to it and crossing another thing off my list.

Hugo Burnand has become Disneyland Paris’s first resident photographer. This appointment follows on from his recent appointment as Royal Wedding Photographer for HRH Prince William and Catherine Middleton wedding.
Burnand will take up his first commission as Official Photographer in Residence at the resort in Paris from the 12th -15th August. He will capturing the magical moment for six families a day.

Very Lazy published a report called Kitchen Confessions which has lifted the lid on our cooking habits and it has revealed that 2.5 million women would pass off ready made food as their own.
