You may know about my love (read: obsession) of creating eCourses. This is a heads up on a free business blogging course that I’ve created that you can access for free. Whether you have a big business, a small business or no business yet this course can help you.
Blogging can be a great way to find people interested in the area your business covers, build relationships and make sales, but you need to know how to do it. Just writing promotional blog posts doesn?t work … but …

I must admit I was pretty proud of this, I think I’ve cracked the pork thing. I decided to turn this into Honey Chilli Pork but it would have been just as nice with apple sauce.
I started off with a rolled belly joint. I unrolled it (removing the string) and put it into a roasting tray skin side up. I brushed the skin with olive oil and cracked a bit of black pepper onto it. After about 1hr 40 mins it looked like this..

I think I’ve already mentioned that it was my sister in law’s wedding a couple of weeks back. Erin thoroughly enjoyed being a flower girl.
Once all the excitement was over I was left with deciding what to do with Erin’s bouquet of red roses, seemed a shame to just chuck them away. In the end I decided to dry the rose petals and put them in a glass kilner jar.

How cool is that? The doors open towards the back of the car giving you a lot more space to load kids, dogs and of course shopping *cough*. Seriously, why has no one thought of this before, or why haven’t I seen it?!
If you’d like to …

The summer holidays roll on and we’ve been busy busy. We’ve attended my sister in law’s wedding where Erin was a flower girl.
We visited Blair Drummond Safari Park, had a yummy picnic and spent time with some lovely friends.
I got my photo taken with a big bird.
And after waiting all day Erin finally got to see her rhinos!
We’ve been making homemade pizzas, and this isn’t easy when your daughter doesn’t like cheese! Erin did however have carrots and sweetcorn on hers so I can’t complain too much.
and finally we’ve been …

My brother is organising an amazing charity event that will feature the World Cup winning rugby player Jason Robinson. He’s already won sponsorship for the event, bagged himself a celebrity representative and now the aim is to make as much money for people that truly deserve it. ?Bastion 2 Birmingham? is a charity event which will take place at the Main Entrance of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB), the hospital where the UK?s military patients …
