Well Cybermummy 2011 is just around the corner and if you are like me you are probably wondering what to wear and what everyone else will be wearing. I still have absolutely no idea. This is the first of these kind of events I have attended.

One thing I can help with is beauty tips for preparing for such an event. I suspect most of you attending will be stopping in London the night before and will therefore have some much needed ‘me time’.

So you will probably have time for a long luxurious soak in the bath and maybe even treat yourself to a facial.

So if you do have time for this then here are my top tips to get your skin in great shape.

Once you are soaking in your bath, wipe your face with a cleansing wipe. This will help remove a large amount of any make up or pollution that may have settled on your skin.

Cleanse your face now with either a facial wash or a cream cleanser as this will be able to give your skin a deep down clean.

Next tone. This is a must as it will remove the last of the cleanser and any dirt that has not been removed in the two previous steps.

Now is the ideal time to give your skin a good surface clean through exfoliation. This is a great way to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin and promote circulation to help with renewing and regenerating skin cells. This will intern help with reducing and minimising skin aging and improving skin tone.

This will leave you with a clean surface to apply a face mask. Depending on your skin type you can choose from a deep moisturising mask if your skin is dry or dehydrated, or if you have oily skin, a nice deep cleaning mask would be good.

Tone again to remove all traces of the mask and apply a rich night cream along with an eye cream. This will help to replace moisture that may have been removed during your facial. A night cream is a great cream to apply as it has longer to work and is normally a richer formula.

This will leave your skin glowing the next morning ready for your fab day at Cybermummy.
