This is my brother ‘planking’. Apparently this is all the rage at the moment. The idea is that you lie face down with hands by your sides and take photos in unusual places. My brother is an Army PT Instructor, this is his slightly extreme take on the new craze.

Now this is what I would call a Martini approach to working out – any time, any place, any where. Not sure that those doing it have any sense though
