Think Yourself Beautiful?
This would certainly save a lot of money and put the surgeons out of business but can you really think yourself beautiful?
Wouldn’t it be nice if just by thinking this you would look and fell more beautiful. Well here are some tips to help you.
1. Smile! Yes by simply smiling when you enter a room, it will attract the attention of others. Emotions are infectious and everyone will want to be around those who make them feel good.
2. When you look in a mirror, you are only looking at your physical appearance which reflects back. You forget that its a great sense of humour, sexy voice or stunning insights which enhance your appeal to others. Remember you don’t always see your most appealing beauty in a mirror.
3. Find a great photo of yourself and display it. By looking at it this will help lift your mood and help you to focus on your positive aspects of your appearance.
4. Stop looking at the celebs in magazines and on TV and comparing yourself to them because even they do not look that good. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology such as airbrushing, the images are made to look perfect and actually you are perfect in your own way! No need to compare yourself to fiction.
5. Acting confident will actually boost your confidence.
6. Why not sit and watch everyday women and make a mental note of what quality you think they have that is beautiful. This will give you a greater awareness of beauty and its many forms.
7. Don’t point out what you feel are your flaws. Instead why not focus on your positives as people won’t have noticed you have a pimple coming or that you have short eyelashes.
8. Spend time with a friend that makes you feel beautiful on the inside as well as the out. Studies have shown that spending time with girlfriends releases oxytocin, the feel-good hormone.
9. Alternate your styles, variety is the key to attractiveness!
10. Change your look. Try something as simple as buying a new shade of lipstick, this can help boost your confidence and in turn your self-esteem. Or go the whole hog and have a new hairstyle, by looking after yourself and looking cared for, people will take note and value you you more.
I hope these tips will help you to think yourself beautiful and help to improve your self esteem. Its amazing what the power of thought can actually do to you appearance!

Fab tips there and all very true. Always amazing how much better we look and feel when we are happier. The search for a good photo could be tricky, my camera or my mirror lie and I am hoping on the camera
