Nintendo DS: Peppa Pig’s Theme Park
My daughter was lucky enough to be sent a copy of this new Peppa Pig Theme Park game for the DS. This is actually the first game she has played on the DS as my eldest is normally the main game player in the house (followed closely by his dad!).
As soon as it arrived my daughter wanted to play on it. So after sweet talking her brother, she sat and played on it for half an hour. The game was easy enough for her to negotiate without having to involve me. Once she had put the console down, my little man picked it up and he was even able to play the games with minimal assistance from us.
They really liked the fact that they had to get Peppa and George washed and their teeth brushed before making their picnic! The games have a choice of level, such as eye spy you can choose colour or sound of the thing you are spying. You can also choose to do tasks against the clock or not.
My children adore Peppa so this game was going to be a hit regardless of how accessible it was, but they have definitely got the game play right. My little man is nearly 3 and he was able to play it properly.
I’d like to thanks the Ban for sending us a copy to review, it is a really good game for little ones to introduce them to this type of learning and interaction.
