Graze Healthily

In a bid to be more healthy I decided to give graze a go, it’s a company that sends you a small box of fresh fruit and nuts through the post so that you can ‘graze’ healthily throughout the day.
The box is small enough to go through the letterbox and you decide which day (or days) you want to receive it. Your first box is ?1.49 and then you get a couple of boxes at ?2.49 and then it’s the full price of ?2.99, that includes postage.
When you sign up you have the chance to rate all their products and decide if you want to ‘bin’ ‘try’ ‘like’ or ‘love’ each product. They have a range of fresh fruit, olives, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. There’s enough in their range to ensure you’re trying new things for quite a while.
Here’s what was inside our first box;

On the left are fresh red and green grapes, top right is a mix of macadamia nuts, banana chips and raisins, bottom right is the most delicious honeyed almonds.
Our box was less grazed and more gorged, everyone had a little bit and it was mmmm good. Can’t wait for Friday now….oh…and they send you an email to let you know what to expect too

I saw this a few months ago and then forgot about it.
I could do with eating more healthy snacks so might give it a go!
We love em in our house, my fav is the citrus marinade olives, yoghurt raisins and yin yang ( dark choc & cherries)….kids always trying to nick um, but I send them in the direction of a box of sunmaids.As a choc pud ad once said “they are far to good for the children!…”
Go for it Laura, I’ve been quite impressed and I think it’s sensibly priced.
Icklebabe our first box was demolished before Erin even got home from nursery!
Thanks for this suggestion. Looks delicious! Sorry I haven’t left comments for a while but I’m still having problems with AOL Broadband. Hope everything will be sorted by next week. Ciao. A.
Sounds yummy. I’d be worried that the grapes weren’t at their best — but they looked good in the pic.
The grapes were great, a bit smaller than we get from Tesco but very tasty.
Due to the postal strike we’re getting all dry foods this week.
Ooh I didn’t realise they delivered in Scotland now, I remember reading about them a while back and thought they’d be great for work. Might have to give them a go, but think they would last all of 5 minutes in my house!
Btw, have given you a little award over on my blog! Feel free to swing by and pick it up, or ignore it completely!
