Does sound tasty! Have you thought about buying a breadmaker? I got one for my birthday a few years back. Using it makes bread - especially fancy breads like walnut - so much cheaper. Only drawback is that you have to be quite organised to get all the flour etc bought beforehand. But you seem like an organised person!
