I purchased a bread maker last year and it is fantastic - just load up and wait for a few hours. My kids have enjoyed making different kinds of bread so we have had great fun both cooking and eating it.

Do you have a recipe for walnut bread?

Yes, there is something delicious about butter and top-quality bread. Does sound tasty!

Have you thought about buying a breadmaker? I got one for my birthday a few years back. Using it makes bread - especially fancy breads like walnut - so much cheaper. Only drawback is that you have to be quite organised to get all the flour etc bought beforehand. But you seem like an organised person! We don't use ours so much now but got good value out of it overall.
