I'm a 27 year old mum to 4 year old Erin. We live just outside Edinburgh in a small village. I've been blogging for four years and write about anything and everything that takes my fancy.

Sorry but I feel the need to make this comment. I have been monitoring the last several carnivals of family life and I couldnt help but noticing the appalling number of comments following a Carnival post. There are only 20 comments from bloggers who have submitted to this carnival.
There should be at least 60 comments/trackbacks following this post.
Where are all the people who have submitted to this carnival? This is an example of poor blogging etiquette! I have also noticed a lot of bloggers dont respond to comments left on their blogs yet they seem to have the time to publish a post daily.
Submitting to a carnival is just one small part in building the popularity of one’s blog whereas interacting with other bloggers within your niche is crucial to its success.
I’m always here to follow up comments husband
I agree the trackbacks do seem a little low, although the comments left are very positive – thank you all.
