Make a Paper Kite

This kite activity is not only fun but helps improve fine motor skills and colour recognition.

You will need;

Paper 1xRed, 1x Blue, 1xYellow, 1xGreen, 1xWhite

Black Marker or Felt Tip

Ruler

Glue

String

Scissors

Cellotape

1. Prepare small squares from the coloured paper – between half and one inch depending on age and how easily they can pick up small pieces.

2.Draw a kite shape (diamond) onto the paper and divide into four with the marker.

3.Glue coloured squares onto kite.

4.Cellotape string onto the back of the kite.
